Come join the Capital Trees team and support their initiatives for a garden workday to help weed and prune the gardens before the winter season. Following the workday, Capital Trees will provide CREW attendees with a brief tour of their gardens! Plan to meet at the Great Shiplock Yard by 8:45AM to work in either the Great Shiplock Yard or Low Line. Work location will be determined as the date gets closer and Capital Trees determines their needs.
Please wear outdoor attire and closed toed shoes you don’t mind getting dirty. Work field supplies, such as gloves and tools, will be provided by Capital Trees, but feel free to bring your own.
Following the workday, a lunch outing is planned for those interested!
