It’s almost time for CREW Richmond’s 5th Annual Leadership Summit!

Come hear Keynote Speaker Jess Ekstrom, founder and CEO of Headbands for Hope!

Jess is an award-winning speaker, author, and writer who believes that age, gender, and background should never stop someone from going after their dreams. Her goal is to inspire everyone to be a problem solver by acting on areas of need – whether in their office or in their community.

Jess has been featured on Good Morning America, the Today show, and TEDx and in Forbes, Entrepreneur magazine, The Huffington Post, Vanity Fair, Seventeen, and TeenVogue.

Following the keynote, attendees will participate in one of three concurrent breakout sessions. This year’s sessions address ethical leadership, personal branding, and receiving and giving feedback.

After the breakout sessions we’ll have a panel of labor and human resource experts offer their insights on how the #MeToo movement is impacting the workplace.
